For centuries, astrologers and herbalists have understood that the planets rule not only the signs of the zodiac, but particular plants. In the language of alchemy, the essential oil is the soul of the plant.

Starbathing brings those ancient correspondences into the water, working with planet-ruled plants, aroma and ritual to make astrology something you can experience through your body-mind. Begin with your Sun sign—the easiest place to start—or go deeper through your Moon and Rising. Choose the plant allies aligned with your chart and turn everyday bathing into a practice of self-creation.
