Energizing

Step Three of our four-step aromatherapy bathing process that helps you transmute negative energies into positive balance. Go from reactive, triggered and unconsciousness into awake, aware and willing to create.
After you’re centered a new sense of force arises. We call this phase energizing. You’ve tapped the deep well of limitless energy from within.

Music: Pop, Rock, Hip Hop

Intention: Being The Change
Days: Tuesday, Sunday

Use these vital forces to transform your body, mind and life. Centered, and filled with natural energy, the old stimulants and coping addictions are easier to let go of. Cultivate life force, bathe in astral energy, aroma and hot and cold waters. Say silently “I am willing to receive my true life and love”.

Energizing

Now is the time to prioritize healthy habits like sleep, hydration, ritual bathing, exercise, time in nature and all the people and things that light you up and bring you joy. Take time each day to ritually bathe in your own fountain of youthful energy to further strengthen your connection to source energy.
